Return & Refund Policy

At Vstarcam.pk, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, our return and refund policy is here to assist you.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your item. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@vstarcam.pk
Do not send the item back without receiving return approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@vstarcam.pk so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items on sale or promotion

  • Gift cards


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest method is to return the original item. Once accepted, you can place a new order separately.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for damaged or faulty items. Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@vstarcam.pk.
