All our products come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to power surges, lightning, or improper installation

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Provide a valid purchase invoice or receipt.

  2. Issue Description: Describe the problem in detail (photos or videos recommended).

  3. Contact Support: Email or message our customer support team with the above details.

  4. Evaluation: Our team will inspect the issue to determine if it qualifies under warranty.

Warranty Service Time

  • Standard processing time: 7–15 business days after receiving the product.

  • In case replacement stock is unavailable, a similar model or equivalent value product may be offered.

Important Notes

  • Warranty service is only valid for products purchased through authorized dealers or our official website.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our service center (return shipping covered if the claim is approved).
