We deliver to all cities and regions across Pakistan.
Our deliveries are made between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.
Note: Delivery time may extend during sales, promotions, or public holidays.
Vstarcam.pk is not responsible for delays due to:
Recipient being unavailable or un-contactable
Incorrect shipping address
Adverse weather or natural disruptions
We will, however, notify you of any delays whenever possible.
You can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order—provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Cancellations are not accepted once the shipping or packaging process has started.
Certain payment methods may delay processing for up to 24 hours to ensure secure transactions. Your order will be dispatched once payment is confirmed.
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to all orders nationwide.
Charges may vary for remote areas or bulk shipments.
You may need to provide an ID to receive your parcel, but the authorized person must sign the delivery receipt.
All parcels are sealed at our warehouse before dispatch. Upon receiving your order:
Inspect the outer packaging for damage or tampering.
Do not accept the parcel if the seal appears broken or damaged. Return it with the courier.
We will send you a replacement after verification.
To process claims of damaged, missing, or tampered items, please:
Record an unboxing video while opening the sealed package.
The video must be continuous and start before the package is opened.
This video is mandatory for refunds or replacements.
Without proper unboxing video proof:
No claims will be accepted for damage or missing items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case.
If you receive an incorrect or tampered product, contact us within 24 hours at support@vstarcam.pk or WhatsApp us.
Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
If needed, cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address.
Refunds (if already paid) will be issued as per our refund policy.
If your order is delivered to the wrong person or location, contact our support team immediately so we can coordinate with our courier partners.
