4. Orders, Payments & Pricing

All orders placed on VStarcam.pk are considered offers to purchase, subject to acceptance.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept various payment methods including COD, bank transfer, and digital wallets. Full payment is required before dispatch.
VStarcam.pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by location. Normal delivery within Pakistan takes 2–5 working days.
We are not responsible for delays due to external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, customs).
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and may vary by order value or destination.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns, Replacements & Warranty

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and only for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect product shipped
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
VStarcam products typically include a 1-year warranty, covering hardware defects under normal use.
Warranty claims require original proof of purchase and physical inspection at our service center.

7. User Conduct
